If Eliot’s book is newer than Coles why is he saying it should be the other way around and Cole should be the one helping him? It makes sense for Eliot to try to help him since he has the newer book which should be more up to date🧍♀️
Cole doesn't want to be a burden for others, so he tries to be as selfless as possible, fighting his mind to the verge of losing himself. He never thought that Eliot, his "childhood friend" who always avoided him at all costs and also seemed to find him burdensome, would now be more open to him... but under some ulterior motives.
