“A message for readers”
✦ Perhaps you identified with Aster.
With his anxiety on a date.
With the fear of ruining everything.
With that constant feeling of not fitting in, of not being good enough.
With that emptiness in your chest when you want to speak, but the words won't come out.
Social phobia isn't just shyness.
It's a deep fear of being judged, rejected, or ridiculed.
Sometimes it's so strong that it isolates you, even from the people you love most.
Aster isn't a perfect hero. He has insecurities, doubts, moments of emotional breakdown.
But even so, he deserves love.
He deserves understanding.
He deserves to be listened to and embraced, even when he can't say what he feels.
And so do you.
This book does not seek to show a fairy-tale “happy ending,” but to remind us that real bonds are built with patience, empathy, and dialogue. That it's okay to be afraid. That it's okay to need time. And that asking for help does not make you weak.
If you are struggling with social phobia, or any kind of anxiety, I want you to know this:
You are not alone. Your story matters. And you also deserve a sky full of stars.
Thank you for reading this story.
Thank you for allowing Aster and Bruno to accompany you, even if only for a little while. ^^✨
