Soujun is a young man who lives by the motto "never take risks." He lives together with his younger sister, Utaki, in a deranged city where the crime rate is an unbelievable 120%. One day, Soujun gives in to Utaki's provocation and takes on a "black market delivery," only to end up becoming a mysterious monster known as a "Fuser." Narrowly escaping death, Soujun is saved by a mysterious drag queen and, without understanding what’s happening, is whisked away toward the great metropolis of TOKYO. But even on that journey, unexpected tragedies await him...
