Such unprofessional behaviour by both parties. A manager is supposed to explain, persuade, lead, stay calm and definitely not demonstrate anger; a supervisor is supposed to follow instructions and raise technical concerns in a polite manner, and definitely not demonstrate anger. They are both having a negative impact on the rest of the staff. Senior management ought to haul in the two of them and give them a reprimand!
