Soujun, a young man who lives by the motto “never take risks,” lives with his sister Utaki in a city with a 120% crime rate. One day, provoked by Utaki, he takes on an underground delivery and ends up becoming a mysterious creature known as a Fuser. On their way to TOKYO, their path is blocked when Yuri slices their car in two. As Alice, enraged at Utaki being dragged into danger, points a gun at Yuri, tensions reach a boiling point. Soujun transforms and clashes with Yuri in a one-on-one fight, but just as victory is within reach, he collapses from exhaustion. Before Yuri can strike the final blow, a tiny demon god—furious at having its TOKYO sightseeing interrupted—stands in his way...
