When thinking about what to write for the Tapas X Kickstarter contest, “exploring what it means to be a kid”, I thought about how loss is sadly part of a lot of our childhoods. I wanted to explore this idea, childhood grief and the process of healing from it.
I know this topic can be quite heavy, but I hope the ending left you with a positive impact—Sometimes it takes years, but there WILL come a day we heal, and discover the love, wonder, and creativity this life has to offer!
Anyways, thank you SO much for reading!! This is actually my first ever completed comic—And thank you so much to Tapas for hosting, I had an absolute blast bringing this project to life!!
