Chapter 8
Knock Knock, You Have a Meeting
Lilith had gone back to her room, but Varzoth still worked. He was in their planning room, working out defenses and new ways to use the forge.
“Knock knock, you have a meeting.” A familiar voice said from behind him, last time he talked to this man he said the same thing. The man in the dark, the one who’d called himself “The Master Knight”
“It’s strange to see you again, stranger.” Said Varzoth, not looking up from his work.
“Are you ready?” The Master Knight asked.
Varzoth wanted to say, ‘For what?’ Like he had no idea what the man was talking about, but he did. “When do we leave?”
“Now.” The man held out his hand. Varzoth turned into his Emperor form and took it, he felt sick and they disappeared.
Once Varzoth awoke, he was in a room with multiple other people. Some looked like The Master Knight, others looked the same just with different ears. Varzoth was in a chair, perfectly sitting up. He looked to the Master Knight who was sitting on the end of a long table that they all sat at.
“What is this about, Knight?” Asked Varzoth, honestly a bit angry, he was just pulled to where he guessed was another dimension and when he got back Lilith was going to be freaking out.
“Just an agreement, you all have to sign this treaty and say that any Polynumeral-multiversescape issues will be taken seriously by this counsel and the people of the dimensions.” Varzoth read through the long text in front of him, so long in fact he got bored of reading it before he just said yes. The Master Knight nodded and took the papers, “Perfect, this meeting is adjourned.” Everyone started disappearing until nobody was left until Varzoth, “Not yet, I must warn you specifically that your next few years will be great. Lilith and your friends will help you though, and that school bus will be coming right around the time the important’s come for you. So don’t worry about the timing.” He snapped his fingers and Varzoth was back in his work room, and he felt sick. That didn’t matter, he just needed to get to work.
