The sound of metal clattering to the ground rang through the air, drops of blood scattering in the wind. Apollo staggered back as he looked down, two bullet holes could be seen on his chest through his armor. “Wh-who could have done this?!” Apollo cried as he turned around to see the culprit. There stood Alister holding a pistol in his hand, the pistol had two muzzles on it with smoke leaving them. “YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE DEAD! I SHOT THROUGH YOUR AIR WAY!” Apollo shouted over the wind.

Alister grinned from behind his cracked and broken mask as he said “If I'm dead, then consider this your official haunting!” Apollo charged upon hearing this, only to be shot twice in his forehead, his body flying back past Emerald and off the balcony. Emerald ran up hugging Alister causing the two to fall down as tears streamed down her face. “I thought you had died, what happened?” Emerald asked as she rubbed Alister's neck where the injury should have been. 

Alister began to tell her what had happened, Tesla had come back with his bag and pulled out the box she had left for him. Inside was the double muzzle pistol and a syringe filled with a glowing purple liquid. “You better have got this right!” Tesla said as she stabbed the syringe into Alister's heart. The purple liquid was injected and Alister's body began to violently convulse, after a few seconds he stopped and the arrow in his neck snapped in half, the hole in his neck now healed. The purple liquid was filled with nano machines that Alister had been working on to help enhance his body. “Sort of a scientific mutation since nobody knows the secret behind it yet” Alister explained to a still confused Emerald.

The machines had helped speed up the healing process, closing the fatal injury and allowing him to narrowly escape death. Emerald whipped away her tears looking down as Alister laughed saying “Man am I glad I got injected in time cuz that would have su-” he was cut off by Emerald punching him hard in the stomach. As he rolled over coughing he could hear Emerald mutter something about not caring about his well being anymore. The two got up and looked at the door, what they saw caused them both to raise their weapons as they saw Tesla standing in the doorway, Esdeath standing right behind her.
