After some hours, the tube was finally analyzed. 

While the tube was analyzing me, she worked on her serums. I could tell she hasn’t done this in a long time; Chikou could also tell, too. I stepped outside the tube and waited for her to finish. But it took too long.

“You are taking too long, Ai.”

“I know, I haven't done this in a long time, so just let me work a little longer.”

“Let me help you. Chikou’s very smart, so it could help us develop the serum.” 

Then I grabbed the serum from her and let Chikou analyze the liquid and its ingredients.

“Here are the correct ingredients for the serum: NanoCore Cells, NeuroLink Fluid, BioMetal Infusion, Synthetic Organo-Fluid, Emotion Suppression Compound, and Quantum Power Enzyme. Those are the ingredients that are used in serum.”

“Telepathy? How can Chikou use telepathy? That’s impossible for an A.I.,” she laughed and shrugged off my statement, thinking I was joking around.

“Hello, this is Chikou speaking.”

“What?!” The voice of Chikou scared her, making her gasp in shock and making her look stupid. 

Now she knows that I am serious about being able to use telepathy.

“Rei told me to explain these ingredients to you.” Chikou continued speaking, his eerie robotic voice creeped her out, and she could barely hear it, so I snapped my fingers, and now, there were captions in the air where only Ai can see.

Chikou talked a lot so I'm going to simplify everything it said.

So first, the NanoCore Cells are self-replicating nanomachines that merge with muscles and bones to enhance strength, speed, and durability.

Second, NeuroLink Fluid, a liquid neural mesh that fuses with the brain and spinal cord, allowing thought-based control of all mechanical systems.

Third, BioMetal Infusion, a programmable liquid alloy that hardens under the skin, forming a flexible exoskeleton with armour-like resistance.

Fourth, Synthetic Organo-Fluid replaces or upgrades key organs only a little bit to make the upgrading part easier for scientists, because upgrading our organs is impossible without that specific ingredient; it upgrades them with hyper-efficient biochemical versions of those organs.

Fifth, Emotion Suppression Compound. It targets the limbic system to dull emotional responses, increasing combat ability, efficiency, and focus in battles.

And finally, Sixth, Quantum Power Enzymes. The enzyme acts as a micro-reactor, drawing energy from both biological fuel and ambient electricity.

After Chikou was done explaining all the ingredients we need and what they are used for in the serum, I turned my head to Ai. 

“Chikou’s done explaining, do you have those ingredients or not?”

“Um, I don't know… that’s… a lot of information.”

I sighed and activated my sensor eyes, using my X-ray mode, and looking around, she had none of the ingredients… They are all in different countries, hundreds to thousands of miles away from us.

Chikou said that Japan actually borrowed the ingredients from other allied countries and then, after making me a cyborg and after Takeshi died, they gave them back to those countries. So, obviously, they can’t just give it to us, because those items are very important, so we will have to steal it, and maybe even fight off some guards and soldiers in the way.

I asked Chikou what the countries gave Japan the valuables: 

The U.S, Australia, South Korea, Canada, Germany, and the United Kingdom. 

Those 6 countries let Japan borrow their ingredients for their cyborgs. 

The U.S has the NeuroLink Fluid, Australia has the Quantum Power Enzyme, South Korea has the NanoCore Cells, Germany has the BioMetal Infusion, Canada has the Synthetic Organo-Fluid, and finally, the United Kingdom has the Emotion Suppression Compound.

“The ingredients are spread all around the world. We have six countries to go to if we want to make the Cyborg DNA Serum. U.S, Australia, South Korea, Canada, Germany, and the United Kingdom.”

“How are we going to do this? We can’t go up against 6 countries at once.”

“We’ll sneak through to pass every guard and soldier. Then, we grab the ingredients and quickly run away.”

“You make it sound easy, each of those countries has a strong military and has thousands of soldiers ready for war, we’ll die once we try to escape from them!” she complained to me. I get her a little, but she has never seen me fight before. But I can destroy chunks of mountains with a single punch. 

I am pretty sure that I could at least defeat one country by myself.

“We have me, it is going to be fine. We’re going to Canada first, it’s the weakest among the 6 countries I mentioned. You're one of the smartest people on Earth, right? You can hack into their technology and turn off the drones, stealth technology, radar systems, and many more. While I sneak up and steal the ingredients, if I fail, I'll have to just beat the living crap out of the Canadian soldiers.”

“...fine, but if the plan fails and if you get injured in the fight against them, we are leaving.”

“Sure. Let's go to Canada now.”

I heard Ai sigh behind me, but I paid her no attention at all.

Yuki was taking care of May while Rei was gone, doing chores around the apartment, making food for May, and letting May do whatever she wanted. May started to call her big sister more now, because Yuki was acting like a big sister.

Yuki told May that Rei had to go to another city because he wanted to meet his friends, which May thankfully didn’t question. But May started to get a little suspicious; she thought that her older brother didn’t have friends. So she finally questioned Yuki after a couple of hours.

“Hey, big sis?”

Yuki was cleaning the floor with a futuristic vacuum that floated over the floor and sucked up all the dust in a 10-centimeter radius. When she heard May call out to her, she turned her head and said, “Yes? What is it, May?” Yuki smiled brightly like a kid getting their favourite ice cream flavour.

“I’ve been wondering, Rei, hasn’t been showing emotions at all. When he is, it looks… a little bit too forced, don’t you think? It's like he’s emotionless or something. Whenever he smiles, his eyes don’t match up with his mouth. Do you know why big sis?"
