Topps Meets Joey

I wanted Topps to meet DoodlesandDaydreams's character Joey, who can be seen at http://doodlesanddaydreams.deviantart.com/gallery/6793260/The-Cure. Joey is so much fun to draw, almost as fun as Topps. Hair, however, I seem to suck at I think. That's why Topps is bald. Anyway, please ignore the many mistakes, I made alot. I might digitally fix these problem if possible.
