Amber enters the room, with the guard held by the arm. At first, the pirate doesn't notice the two people on the bed. He just ties Piere to a wooden log in this captain's room so the guard can't escape or attack anyone. By the way the guard really won't do anything because of what he saw happening earlier, he became kind of sick of fights.

After turning around to get out of the captain's room, Amber finally notices the two on the bed, the pirate casually talks while Symone is still surprised :

-"Oh sorry Symone. Didn't meant to disturb you and your boyfriend while you were about to have --"

Symone suddenly interrupt the young adult pirate by yelling, while still sitting on the comfortable bed :

-"No ! Stop talking ! And once more, he is NOT my boyfriend !"

After saying that, Vek turns his gaze to Symone, worrying that the green elf might not be his soulmate and so that the demon might finally die because of the prophecy. So his face slowly changes from happy to sad.

The blond pirate notices Vek's face, without knowing the reason of this change, so Amber says :

-"Oooh... Your boyfriend doesn't seem to be happy anymore. I think you need to do that bed scene again."

In fact, Vek slightly blushes every time Amber calls him "Symone's boyfriend", he really likes this nickname but he never lets people know about it. By the way, the demon is kind of mad at Symone for him to hate the given nickname but they're not officially a couple or anything like that, so Symone's reactions are legit.

After hearing this, Symone blushes hard and throws a pillow at Amber, the latter laughs while getting out of the room. Leaving Symone and Vek alone with the intruder. Vek moves towards Symone to get closer to him, sticking his own chest, which was already cloth less, to the green's naked back and whispers to his pointy ear.

-"What if we.. keep on doing what we've started ?" Then he softly smooches Symone nape with his warm lips.

The elf slowly turns around to face the demon, then he says, holding Vek's hands as if they were a lovely couple :

-"I don't think I want to do it in front of someone else..." Side eyeing the tied guard, who said absolutely nothing since he entered that room.

-"Oh, I understand, we'll do it later..." The demon says a bit disappointed because he wants to get closer to his soulmate in this way. Then he continues :

-"By the way. Um.. about me being called your boyfriend. I erm..."

But he couldn't finish his sentence that the intruder Piere, interrupts him, bored of being tied to that log :

-"Can you let me go ? Please."

Symone looks at the guard, putting back his shirt, totally ignoring what Vek was about to say on purpose. The elf is obviously really frightened to talk about his feelings, so he prefers to ignore it completely, even if it hurts people around him. After putting back his shirt, the elf hesitates :

-"Um... I don't really know if I can free you."

-"Don't worry, I don't want to hurt or join you in that bed. I just want to talk to your captain, that's all."

Symone gets up from the bed and walks to the door, saying :

-"Ok then, I'll bring her here.'' He gets out of the room right after, letting the guard and Vek by themselves. By the way he definitely did that to avoid what Vek was about to say or ask.

The demon and the guard are now staring at each other, in complete silence. Vek is still sitting in the bed, not knowing what he should do but after a few short minutes, Piere tries to break this heavy silence but in a pretty weird way :

-"So uh... you were about to uh..." Seeing the guard struggling with this weird question, Vek cuts him immediately and talks :

-"What we were about to have has nothing to do with you. By the way we are not even that close, I don't know why I tried anything.." Vek is clearly still upset about what was said earlier, he crosses his arms.

-"Well... while you were captured, Symone talked to me about you. And he seemed to be really worried about you being in danger."

Vek rolls his eyes, which seems to say 'everyone would be worried about their friend if they'd be about to die'. Piere notices it, so he continues :

-"I don't think he only sees you as a friend. He also told me he never felt this way, I don't know which way, when he was with someone. Oh yeah and he cried so much, I don't know if it was because you were in jail or because of his parents."

The demon first wonders why he should trust a random guard, somebody on his enemy's side, then he also wonders how he knows about all of this. So he is about to ask him when the door opens again, Symone is back with Gwenchlan. The captain walks straight to the intruder.

When Vek's gaze meets Symone's one, he instantly blushes thinking about what the guard just told him. Vek blushed even though he is the oldest of the two of them but he cannot control some of his emotions. While blushing, the demon tries to hide himself behind a pillow, of course Symone notices it, so he slightly smiles after that.

While Gwenchlan and Piere are talking together, the elf goes close to Vek and talks softly to not disturb the captain's conversation :

-"What's wrong ?"

-"Uh nothing ! I was just wondering how you felt while I was rotting in jail." Vek replies softly as well, wanting to know if what the guard said is true or just made up lies.

Symone sits next to Vek and says, hesitating at first :

-"Well, I missed you um.. a bit. By the way, I also met this guard, we talked a bit and I honestly think he can be reliable. He seems nice." He says, discreetly pointing at the intruder who is still talking with Gwenchlan.

Hearing the second part of what Symone just said, Vek kind of knew he could probably trust this guard. So all that guard said about the elf is true and Symone might actually like him for real, that's what the demon thinks.

While Symone walks closer to Vek, Gwenchlan is cautiously approaching that guard, not knowing if he is nice or not but the guard got impatient from being tied to a piece of wood, so he talks :

-"Can't you just free me now ? I didn't hurt anyone, see ?" He says shaking his arms, trying to untie himself but failing, then the captain announces :

-"First I have a few questions for you. And be happy that Symone talked about you, I was about to feed you to the sharks ! Alright, first question, why are you in this boat ?"

Piere sights and lowers his head before really angrily saying :

-"I'm running away from his majesty, that bastard."

Gwenchlan is perplexed, she is wondering and so asks why would a guard be against the one he's working for. The guard answers :

-"Uh.. he executed my wife and kid in front of me yesterday... That's why I've been going away from him since this morning."

The captain takes some time before approaching the guard's hands to untie him, she weirdly feels like she can trust him but she warns him instantly by pointing him with the knife she used to free him :

-"I'm getting you free but do not even try to touch one of our crew members or you'll die as soon as you do. And because we are in the middle of the sea you'll have to work with our crew until we land, alright ?"

The guard simply nods, then Gwenchlan continues :

-"By the way what's your name ? It's a bit weird to have a royal guard on a pirate boat."

-"Um.. you can just call me Guard, I'm fine with it." Piere says that, knowing he won't stay for a really long time on that boat.

The brown haired elf is now invited to get out of the room and to start working for the crew, so he won't get any trouble with pirates. So he gets up but is about to fall because he isn't used to walk on a boat, he in fact almost never navigated since the actual king refuses any use of ships during his own reign.

It has been now dozens of minutes that Piere, newly renamed as Guard is rubbing the floor, he is still wearing his royal guard uniform and armour so he is sweating a lot and is about to faint. But he is trained to stay still, he does so.

Seeing that the guard is finally new to the crew and so a pretty safe person, Amber approaches with a piece of fabric and a bowl filled with drinkable water. The blond pirate sits next to the other one, interrupting him :

-"You might be thirsty. Here, take it." Handing the bowl of fresh water.

Guard takes the bowl quickly, spilling some of it on the floor then he drinks the whole thing without waiting or saying anything. Amber discreetly says :

-"Oh, you were thirsty."

The brown haired middle-aged elf says nothing, breathlessly, he takes his armour off first to not melt because of the heat. Now that he feels better and a bit refreshed, he takes a look at Amber to thank him but right at the moment their gazes crosses, Piere's eyes widen a bit.

-"What ? What's wrong ? Do you need more water ?"

-"N..no. It's just that I didn't notice, but you look really good."

It is true, Piere couldn't notice it before because first of the dark hold of the boat, then because Amber was just walking in front of him so the guard could only see the pirate's back.

Amber is quite surprised, he is not really used to get complimented in any ways, so he tries to thanks the brown haired one :

-"Uh. Thanks. You.. you look nice as well." He awkwardly replies, not really knowing what to say, smiling.
