Ragnar orders his troops to capture Fenrir. The rest of the mechs are to be destroyed and their drivers killed. The Star Riders put their new upgrades to the test. Jotun’s heated buzzsaws are able to melt through the armor of Ragnarök’s mechs. Valkyrie’s particle cannons and speed allow her to gun down Ragnarök mechs one by one. Fenrir turns into his knight form and slices apart Ragnarök mechs. As Fenrir fights theses mechs, he is ambushed by Fury and tackle to the ground. Ragnar takes this as an opportunity to gloat.

“So, you’re the wielder of the adaptus program. I’m going to enjoy ripping it off your lifeless corpse!” Ragnar says gleefully.

“Like as if we’ll let that happen. We’re here to take you and your little organization down!” Says Lucian.

Fenrir transforms into his knight form and charges towards Fury. Fury initially dodges the attack only for Fenrir to bite down on its leg. Fenrir then transforms into his ronin form and drags Fury across the ground. Ragnar responds by activating Fury’s thrusters in hopes getting Fenrir to let go. Fenrir does let go of Fury before turning into his berserker form to stabilize his landing. As Fenrir is about to fire his particle cannons, Fury rushes Fenrir and grabs him by the neck before slamming him against the wall. Fury then sinks its teeth into Fenrir’s shoulder and pins the wolf down. Ragnar gets ready to finish off Lucian and take Fenrir. As he is about to do this, Fury stops moving right before its claws could penetrate Fenrir’s head. This leaves Ragnar more than just frustrated, he is pissed.

“What the hell is wrong with you?! Move you piece of scrap metal! Kill this mutt and take his mech!” Yells Ragnar, being met with no response from Fury.

Suddenly, explosions can be heard from all around them. Several Ragnarök mechs were destroyed within an instant. Fenrir takes this opportunity to shove Fury away and run. Fenrir and Lucian look to see where the explosions came from. That is when they see a massive red ship shaped like a sea monster. This was no ordinary ship. It was the flagship of the Crimson Storm, the Leviathan. Before the two of them could process what happened, Lucian and Fenrir get a call from a crewmember of the Leviathan.

“Listen. There’s no time to explain. Get your team and hop aboard. We’ll cover your escape. Hurry!” Says the Voice across the telecom.

“You think we can trust this guy?” Asks Fenrir.

“Not like we have a choice. Ava, Valkyrie. Grab Garon and Jotun and fly towards that ship. We’ll find a way to catch up to you.” Says Lucian.

Valkyrie grabs Jotun and flies towards the Leviathan. While doing this, the Leviathan continues to fire its barnacle cannons and lay waste to the Ragnarök force. Fenrir tries to follow Valkyrie the best he could. Fenrir transforms into his ronin form and boosts across a nearby cliff wall before leaping towards Valkyrie. Jotun barely manages to grab Fenrir and hold on to him for dear life. Valkyrie struggles to carry both of them while flying towards the Leviathan. Just then, a mech resembling an outdated skeletal Spinosaurus stands atop a cliff face staring at the Star Riders. The Spinosaurus opens its mouth and fire a concentrated particle beam at the Star Riders. Valkyrie barely manages to avoid the shot right before crashing into the Leviathan. The beam was however able to leave a massive hole in the ship. With the Star Rider on board the Leviathan leaves. Lucian, Ava, and Garon tumble out of their mechs and are greeted by space pirates. This is when the voice from the telecom appears.

“So, you must be the Star Rider. The name’s Garris and welcome aboard the Leviathan.” Says Garris, Queen Scarlet the dread’s second in command.

Meanwhile, Drasil orders his troops to return to base. As they do so, Ragnar sees Drasil approach him. Ragnar tries to leave but Fury refuses all of Ragnar’s commands.

“You disappoint me Ragnar.” Says King Drasil

“Apologies my lord. I’ll make sure to bring that mech back.” Ragnar says with fear in his voice.

“Make sure you do. Nidhogg is still incomplete without that program. Bring that machine to me lest I remind you of what happens to those who fail to follow my orders?” Says King Drasil before grabbing a raptor mech and crushing it in his mechs hand.

“I won’t fail you, my lord.” Says Ragnar.

As Drasil leaves, Ragnar just sits there in the driver’s seat of Fury. From there, Ragnar’s fear turns to rage against both the Star Riders and his own mech. Ragnar slams his hands on the control panels, breaking a screen in the process.

“Stupid hunk of junk. You will obey my commands or I’ll turn you to scrap metal!” Says a furious Ragnar before following the rest of Ragnarök.
