16 - Scumport - It has been foretold

One might argue, there's always time for coherent thought.
But Rumscum isn't one to disparage the frailties of those unprepared for action.
On a side note, this comic took ENTIRELY too long. Almost an entire week.
With me trying to update this comic 3 times a week, it nearly broke me and drove me insane.
On another side note, this comic had no writing prepared for it, until it was 95% complete and I noticed it wasn't great...
Now it's totally adequate.
