17 - Scumport - Accuracy

It occurs to me, Rumscum may be behaving needlessly violent.
It's worth noting, this entire series (Scumport) is based off of the actions of my actual players in a game of DnD 5e.
So there are moments where things get a little "murder hobo'ish". Sometimes, as GM, I tend to get a little too permissive.
