This just in, johto nuzlocke has a red gyarados featured. More at 10.
Sooo yeah, these machines might have a decently sized range but not THAT big to cover the whole lake and nearby routes. Meaning there's several together, like at the Burnt Tower, or all over the area, as we've found here. Definitely not going to be a quick fix this time, too bad these two are busy dealing with a single Gyarados because she has pretty sparkles~
