After devising a plan, the Star Riders are about to leave but remember that the Garuda was destroyed. Luckily, the Crimson Storm were generous enough to give them a new ship called the Phoenix. The Star Riders bid the space pirates farewell and continue where they left off. For the next couple of weeks, the Star Riders continue to win tournament after tournament while keeping track of Ragnarök’s location. Eventually, they get word that Ragnarök intends to unveil their plan at the Intergalactic Grand Championship. Coincidentally, the Star Riders where heading there as well. With this in mind, they make their way for the space coliseum known as Shining star to enter the tournament and take down Ragnarök.

After traveling for three days straight, the Star Riders arrive at the Shining star. As they set foot on the space coliseum, they run into some familiar faces in the form of Garris of the Crimson Storm. The Star Riders were surprised to see the Crimson Storm out in public giving their reputation. Luckily, the general public doesn’t need to worry since these space pirates are simply here to watch the tournament. The Team then proceeded to approach the pirates much to the shock of the surrounding crowd.

“Looking forward to the matches I take it?” Asks Lucian.

“You know full well that even the Crimson Storm can’t miss an event like this. Wouldn’t want to disappoint the future champions after all.” Says Garris, gleeful upon seeing the Team once again.

“The tournament is one thing but with Ragnarök roaming around, we have a lot on our plate than we would like right now.” Says Ava, with concern in her voice.

“You’re right about that. While you’re competing in these battles, remember what’s important at this moment. At the very least, you have our support in the event things go south.” Says Garris.

Garris and the crew bid the Star Riders good luck before leaving to take their seats. From there, the Team makes their way towards the front desk to sign up for the Championship.

While this was going on, Fury had arrived at the Championship after hopping from cargo ship to cargo ship. During this, Fury ponders the reason for his existence. The idea that he was used by Ragnarök to commit acts of terror weighs heavy on his consciousness. Before he could ponder further, Fury catches a glimpse of King Drasil and his mech Nidhogg. Fury tries to hide from Drasil and his goons before taking a closer inspection. Fury immediately realizes that Ragnarök intends to enter the Championship.

“So that’s what you’re planning. First things first then, take you criminals down and then face off against my rival. Hopefully by getting rid of Ragnarök, I will be freed of the guilt that weighs on my soul.” Says Fury as he sneaks into the Championship

Back with the Star Riders, they discuss how to take down Ragnarök. They all agree that they have to take them down in the Championship. The plan is to expose the plans to the audience in the hopes this will get the Galaxy to unite to take down Ragnarök. Whether or no this will work is a different matter altogether. The only thing that matters right not is to take down Ragnarök’s evil for everyone in the Galaxy.
