Ah! I answered my question in a previous two episodes ago…it is East Berlin. A nice detail including Trabant car! It was supposedly one of best cars in Soviet satellite states/bloc. Still remember seeing them on the TV of Ossies drove over the borders from Austria or Hungary to West Germany.
