GORINIC: Gorinic is a town situated in Zilen, a country located on the continent of Levon, which is part of the planet Teivia.
STONEHOLLOW: Stonehollow is a neighboring town in the same country of Zilen, situated in the valley adjacent to Gorinic, with the two towns connected by a scenic mountain pass.
WYVERNS: In the rugged terrain between Gorinic and Stonehollow, wyverns (otherwise known as the lesser dragons) are a persistent threat.
Wyverns are wild beasts, lacking intelligence and driven solely by instinct. These two-legged beasts attack livestock and occasionally travelers, forcing locals to hunt them for protection and profit.
Wyvern parts are a valuable commodity, and skilled hunters can make a good living from the trade. The mountain pass is a known hotspot for wyvern activity, and those who brave its dangers can reap the rewards. For the people of Gorinic and Stonehollow, hunting wyverns is just a part of life.
WAGHERONS/WAGHS: A currency existing in the planet Teivia.
DARK ELVES: The dark elves are a mysterious and skilled species that inhabit the shadows of Teivia, often at odds with the humans and other demi humans. Viewed with suspicion and prejudice, they are nonetheless sought after for their mastery of dark magic, unique craftsmanship, and valuable trade goods. Despite their reputed prowess, dark elves are frequently marginalized and stereotyped, leading to a complex dynamic of mutual distrust and pragmatic cooperation between the species in Teivia
LAKHRON: A massive omnivorous beast resembling a large camel with sharp, pointy tusks. They dwell in the Ashmerene continent and their temperament are very aggressive and territorial, making them even more formidable to hunt or capture. The harsh environment of the Ashmerene continent likely contributes to their fierce nature, as they must fight to survive in the unforgiving landscape.
Their temperament, combined with their size, strength, and valuable tusks, makes them a highly respected and feared creature. Their tusks makes them a target for poachers and skilled hunters seeking to profit from the ivory trade. This could lead to conflicts between hunters, native Ashmerene dwellers, and conservation efforts. The danger and difficulty in capturing a Lakhron would also make successful hunters highly respected. Most hunters have died due to being impaled by their tusks and immense strength.
When the War of Scales ravaged the land, humans and demi-humans fought side by side to defeat the dragons. But victory came at a terrible cost: the last dragon was sealed away, its essence fragmented into five parts and hidden in cities across the realm. Now, centuries later, the dragon's essence has evolved into five distinct consciousnesses, each yearning to reunite and unleash a fury upon the world. As the essences begin to awaken, the fragile peace is threatened. Will humanity's past triumphs be enough to save them from the dragon's wrath, or will the world be consumed by the very evil it once imprisoned?
