Thank you Persephone! As an anxious person with trust issues cuz reasons, I totally get where Dio is coming from. Since it's true it's different if it's just friends with benefits, or even extra partners, BUT the main problem is that this is a person that has been HORRIBLE to Dio, and also that went as far as wanting his wife, the love of his life, as a consort, I wouldn't want my love close to that person either! Also the fact that she as the goodness of marriage didn't even take into consideration that is a happy married woman she asked that too? She didn't think she could start drama or problems?
It's interesting that they touch the theme about how it's totally different from this time with Ariadne for Hera, the queen wants connection and be treated right, and let's face it she's very ehm emotionally neglected for Zeus, also he's so sigh 😔 and yeah Hera for all her bad aptitude she wishes her husband was half of good that the rest of the male gods with their spouses, but also that doesn't change the fact that Hera, for all the compassion I have for her, she hasn't been the best or more fair with people, or even parent. Dio and Ariadne need to talk, cuz for all the fun this whole situation can be seen as a bystander.... I'm ready uncomfortable for the past story with Dio and Hera 😅
