Felix Fell is the only man who sees ghosts as the floating, talking, feeling people that they really are - and sometimes they slip right in and take over. Uninterested in anything except being left alone (or so he says), he's made it his duty to solve the cases that cross his desk so that these annoying spirits move on to the other side. The one exception is Todd, a mysterious poltergeist who has made Felix his business, because what permanent 19-year-old wouldn't want to do that?
