Morning in our house is always peaceful—because Sis isn't awake yet.
At 9:00 a.m., I'm sipping tea, eating breakfast, and enjoying the rare silence.
No yelling. No chaos. Just peace.
Of course, that peace ends around noon.
12:00 PM – The Bathroom Saga 🚽
Right before Sis woke up, I went to poop.
Big mistake.
From outside the door came a furious scream.
Sis: Wake me up before you go poop!
Me: I tried! You wouldn't budge—my poop almost went back in!
Sis (roaring): YOU WAIT! I'M GOING TO KILL YOU AFTER THIS!
We argued while I was still on the toilet.
I couldn't tell if I was laughing or crying.
1:00 PM – The Chocolate Mystery 🍫
Sis opened the fridge and froze.
Sis: Who ate my chocolate?!
Me: Not me. I don't even eat chocolate!
Right then, Pa casually strolled out of the kitchen—biting into her missing chocolate bar.
Culprit: Chocolate thief: Pa.
2:30 PM – The Laptop Incident 💻
Sis: Where's my laptop and books?!
Me: How would I know?
In the background, Pa was happily rearranging her books on a shelf, looking proud of his "cleaning."
Culprit: Pa again. Hobby: Cleaning chaos.
4:15 PM – Disappearing Clothes 👕
Sis glared at me from her room.
Sis: Did you take my clothes?
Me: Why would I want your clothes?
Just then, Ma walked past humming cheerfully—carrying a laundry basket overflowing with Sis's shirts.
Culprit: Ma. Laundry mode: ON.
6:30 PM – Dinner Drama 🍚
Dinner is never peaceful either.
Usual seats:
Pa next to Sis.
Ma across from Sis.
Me next to Ma.
Halfway through, Sis glares.
Me: What?
Sis: Stop kicking me.
Me: Am not!
Ma: Stop fighting, it's dinner time.
Sis: She keeps kicking me!
Ma: How can she kick you? Her legs are too short.
Me (grinning): Short but cute.
Sis growled.
Ma smiled and patted my head.
Meanwhile, Pa crossed his legs under the table—accidentally kicking Sis again.
Culprit: Footloose Pa strikes again.
8:00 PM – The Quiet Before the Storm 😶
After dinner, we sat in the living room—both scrolling through our phones, not saying a word.
It was… too quiet.
From the hallway, Ma (whispered): Something's wrong. They're not fighting.
Pa nodded gravely.
"Could they be sick?"
They checked our foreheads.
Me: We're not sick.
Sis: We just haven't talked or looked at each other.
Ma and Pa looked confused.
We smirked. The silence didn't last long.
8:15 PM – The Bampui Incident 💨
Suddenly, Sis covered her nose.
Sis: You just bampui (released gas), didn't you?
Me: No, I didn't!
Sis: Next time, if you bampui, go elsewhere!
Me: I didn't, you gorilla!
Sis: What did you say, you monkey?!
Ma and Pa smiled in relief.
The world had returned to normal.
End of Day 1.
