Tectocoris diophtalmus (Hemiptera: Scutelleridae) are pest of many plants. They are also known as hibiscus or cotton harlequin bugs due to their colourful appearance. They are also called stink bugs because of their foul smell.
Talking about stink, few months ago, I went to see blooming corpse flowers (Amorphophalus sp.) somewhere near my suburb. There was less insects then I hoped around it.
