Poor Mia to be fair tho it sounds like it's more Ruby's fault more than Tom bc thanks to her it left the whole team with minimal options and a really short deadline to find another member or the whole team would be kicked out. Tho at the same time unless you find a prodigy that just doesn't know it in that situation the people he actually interviewed with who wanted this opportunity would have to have been pretty bad to justify picking someone at a cafe with no music or performing experience
