BACK IN HEAVEN
Spirit stands in the center of the ruined battlefield, eyes glowing faintly white from the power he forced out during the fight with ZeroQ. The angels gather around him, tense and silent.
Maso: Spirit… are you sure you’re okay?
Spirit: I’ll live. But listen carefully — the child ZeroQ hid… he’s alive.
Ma-ling: Then we need to find him before the demons do.
Spirit: Exactly. Spread out. Search every realm connected to Earth. I’ll head there myself.
Ken steps forward, wiping dirt from his face.
Ken: Hey… Spirit. Do you think the kid is strong?
Spirit: If he has even a piece of my power… the demons will hunt him.
Ken: Then we better move fast.
Spirit nods.
THE ANGELS MOVE
Wings burst open behind the angels as they leap into the sky, tearing through the clouds and splitting into groups across different dimensions.
Maso: Ken, you’re with me.
Ken: Right.
Ken flips his lucky coin.
It lands on heads.
Ken: Good. That means we’ll find him first.
Maso: …That coin of yours scares me sometimes.
Ken: Same.
DIMENSION GATE — EARTH ENTRY
The sky rips open as Maso and Ken crash through the dimensional layer and fall toward Earth.
Lights streak around them like comets.
Maso: We’re close. I can feel Spirit’s energy — faint traces.
Ken: Hmmm… I also feel something.
Maso: What?
Ken: I dunno… something weird. Like… half-light, half-dark.
Maso: Half…?
Ken: Yeah. It’s like two energies fighting in the same person.
Maso freezes mid-flight.
Maso: No. That shouldn’t be possible.
Ken: What do you mean?
Maso: A half-breed shouldn’t even exist.
Ken smirks.
Ken: Looks like this kid isn’t normal.
EARTH — SOMEWHERE
A faint rumble shakes the air.
A young boy’s silhouette stands alone in the darkness — eyes glowing, one side faintly angelic, the other side flickering with something far darker.
Unknown Boy: Why… does my body hurt…?
Lightning sparks around him as the ground cracks.
Unknown Boy: Make it stop…
His breath becomes uneven — unstable — dangerous.
BACK TO KEN & MASO
Ken suddenly stops.
Ken: Maso… you felt that, right?
Maso: Yeah. That wasn’t human.
Ken: That’s him. I know it.
Maso: Then we move now. Before something else finds him.
Ken flicks his coin.
Heads.
Ken: Good. That means we’re going the right way.
They blast forward, light and wind roaring behind them.
