Social media probably isn't the best way to announce certain things... I thought it would be enough to soothe any concerns by merely stating that I was going in for MINOR surgery but my mom doesn't know a lot of English and... OH WELL.
Go on and call me mean for that April Fool's joke. My mom dishes it out, too, though, so don't go feeling TOO sorry for her. :)
