In Japanese the phrase kitsune no yomeiri (狐の嫁入り; "the fox's wedding") can refer to, among other phenomenon or supernatural events, a sunshower. This phrase stuck with me ever since I learned it as a kid and, even now, the sunshower is my favorite weather phenomenon. There's something so mystical about them haha!
