First time splitting the chapter into fourths. I think I might keep it up, if it fits the scene better. Thanks, as well for your patience, this one is going up a couple days late. I deal with chronic headaches, hopefully it won't interrupt too much, but I appreciate your patience when it does! Next chapter is going to get more action-y!
Adam grew up with a love of superheroes and debilitating fear of getting hurt. Secretly hoping superheroes were real, and he could help save the day without putting himself in danger. And yet, he can't pretend he ever expected a simple job interview to turn into a memory stealing encounter with a super, or a discovery of a secret group fighting back. Adam must face a new question: super human powers are real, but does that make them superheroes?
