It's not the confrontation that Taris imagined he be stuck in today. Who is this woman? She picks Taris apart and smiles while doing it. There's something about her that curbs his anger. He really wants to be mean and scare her... he was a bloodthirsty Sith warrior for so many years... but by the end of the conversation she's leading him down the streets to a possible contact that will help him on his quest. Besides that, he couldn't remember the last time a female being talked to him.
Taris feels a strange sense of relief, not that his mission is finally moving on, but but that he just confided in someone. Talking to Meega seemed to take a massive burden off of his shoulders. Hearing some of those words escape from his lips was cathartic for him. What was he really hoping to gain from confronting the Jedi master? What if he grants him his power back... then what? What if Meega and her contact are just bounty hunters themselves? Is he following this new friend into a trap? I guess there's only one way to find out.
