Taris follows his new friend up to the 81st floor of The Tower. The Tower is a massive structure over 200 floors. It hosts several exterior dry docks for small to medium transports with in-atmosphere capabilities. Ships can be refueled and repaired while the owners can relax in any number of locally run tapcafes, cantinas and gambling bars. The Tower is not a military construct, and despite micromanagement by the Imperials, beings of any sort can be found here, carrying out any sort of shady business... even smuggling people off of the planet.
