i hate using refrence is what i learned while drawing this ch!! yes its super helpful getti g the poses & perspective i imagine somewhat right BUT OMG i feel like it messes with my art style when i look at so many pics , thou i luv using ref for hands (*^o^)／＼(^-^*)
i also saw an old vid of mashima mah fave mangaka when he explained how he colores digitaly & i luv his coloring, i tried it this chapter & omg i suck at it LMAO BUT i kinda tried half the method for pisces art & i do luv the result
▪︎hopefully i will stop changing coloring style every chapter, i feel bad for my readers!▪︎
anyway hehe funny story; i was about to skip pisces art for this chapter cuz i wasnt inspired & before posting the chapter that was done few days ago, i saw an old portrait doodle i did of him & was like " oh yeah i know what im gonna do" <i knew for months i wanted to do a fish theme for him cuz fujin from genshin gave me the idea> so i copy pasta the doodle, added legs, rod, chime & fishes, line & colors.
i rly loved the pose of the old doodle so i used it cuz why work hard when u can work smart (￣▽￣;) still took almost 4 hours for the splash art. I FEEL I WENT ABOVE & BEYOND FOR PISCES ART
