School is over and the Write twins are heading out the front gate of the school. They’re about to start heading home when they hear a familiar female voice call out Soren’s name.

“Hey Soren, wait up!” The twins turn around, facing the school, and they are met with Regina.

“What do YOU want Regina?” Sophia asks, irritated.

“Nothing with YOU vermin, get lost.” Regina walks in front of Sophia and faces Soren. “I do have business with Soren though.”

In a huff, Sophia walks away from Regina and Soren over to a nearby tree. She kicks the tree out of anger and jumps up and down, signifying that she hurt her foot in the process.

Soren frowns and looks at Regina. “That was pretty rude ya know?”

“Yeah, whatever, we’ll talk about it later. I have something important to tell you now!” Regina gives Soren a venomous but sweet smile.

Soren starts to feel nervous. “What is it?”

“You’ve been chosen!” Regina beams.

“What?”

“You! You’re my boyfriend now!~” Regina grabs Soren’s arm and holds it tight. 

“YOUR WHAT!?” Two voices are heard yelling at the same time.

The duo turns around and sees Sophia and Gilbert with their jaws to the floor staring at them.

“Soren is my B-O-Y-F-R-I-E-N-D!~” Regina squeezes his arm tighter.

Sophia stomps over to Soren and Regina. “SOREN, EXPLAIN!” she demands. 

“No time.” Regina responds. “We gotta go, right love?” She bats her eyelashes at Soren.

“Um…” Soren looks at Sophia, then back at Regina. “Sure, I’ll be home later Soph. We’ll talk then.”

“Don’t you dare leave!” Sophia demands.

Regina starts to pull Soren away. “Sorry, I’ll be home for dinner, I promise!” And he’s gone.

Sophia stands there, in the schoolyard, dumbfounded, unsure about what just happened. She looks over at Gilbert, who’s also looking in the direction of the new couple. Gilbert feels Sophia staring at him, he slowly looks towards her.

“Giiiiilbert.” Sophia says slowly.

“What? I didn’t do anything!”

“When Soren does something stupid, you’re always involved!” Sophia rolls up her sleeves. 

Gilbert starts to get nervous. “I-I gotta go!” Gilbert quickly leaves the school yard and Sophia chases after him. 

“You get back here!” She yells.
