These are just a few suggestions on language that i think may sound better
Panel 2: "and i guess i know who" sounds a little awkward, "and I think i know who it might be" may fit better
Panel 3: just "for further investigation" is enough, no need for "the"
Panel 4: although "and" can work there, you might want to use "but" to show the contrast between letting one go and being uncertain about the other person
Panel 6: "recommend imprisoning her" instead of "recommend to imprison her"
My English isn't the best but i hope this helps
