Part 3 of this mini arc titled "LOVE ME, MAGICAL LADY".
... well, Clair is a stalker after all. And when one is willing to freeze an entire highway just to catch the attention of your crush, trying to find her private information is not any less in-character.
(don't worry, Clair has never killed anyone. Hurt someone, yes: physically, mentally, and all other ways to hurt a being. But never killed anyone, she is in complete control of her ice, including its ability to not deliver death...)
Also, in case you wonder how Clair knows the mysterious Darling Desert's gender and pronouns: Darling Desert did leave behind a business card (made of magazines and junk ads) detailing her gender and pronouns (Not the name Darling Desert, though: that was coined by Liu and Estuary family scion Brooke Estuary, in a famous Blabfish post about a recent battle with the city-antagonist Crusher 8-bit . Not that anyone ever remembers that, as per the internet).

This is a story of greater events born decades before their history; greater events that now threaten to drown and tear them apart. Greater events from lofty heights, from buried depths, greater events swirling with cosmic worries.
Greater events that will drag Monsent, Moon, and La Resurrección into the center of a maelstrom.
La Resurrección is the "Place where Things Happen". Great and unexpected things are happening its way...
