this is a project i started last year and finished sketching within like 2 months. i've been slowly picking away at cleaning and finishing pages on a whim but i want to motivate myself to finish it in a timely manner. so, here is the second Phantom Lear comic.
updates will be two pages every two weeks. this should give me enough time to work on them when i can, with the ideal being that i can print this comic once its complete.
