Sometimes, a person needs to let loose to move on.
A body so tight, constricted by its thoughts.
A tightened cord spun about the soul.
A frightened mind held by all these knots.
There is nothing to do but pay the toll.
Give up or give in, it will be your loss.
Is there a way to loosen these cords, covering your body whole?
Shake and shiver, struggle to release this bondage.
Try something new, reach out, and discover a helping hand.
Alone you can't remove; together is an advantage.
No more do these thoughts keep you from your feet, to stand.
No time it takes after receiving help, you manage.
No less can you give but your all, on command.
