I stayed in one of the workmen's huts by myself last night. I really struggled to sleep because of Percy and Greg. It's mid-morning when I'm writing this, and they are both still out cold. I just hope they'll be able to recover fully.

Since the others want to get moving, we'll have to take Percy in the cavalcade with us. We decided to go down the Brendam branch to try and find BoCo, Bill, or Ben. Maybe even Henry will be there? We got the consists together, and they are as follows.

A truck followed by Donald. Another truck, then Edward. Then another truck, and Duck with Alice and Mirabel. The second consist will be a truck followed by Douglas, Oliver, Isabel, and Toad. Another truck then Thomas with Annie, Clarabel, and Henrietta pulling Percy. Then at the back after another truck will be Gordon and James. I just hope we'll find survivors at Brendam.

I'm shaking incredibly hard and I'm struggling to write, but here's what happened. We pulled up to the Vicarage Orchard and we thankfully found Trevor the traction engine alive and well. He said he was in the nearby town when the first air raid happened. He made a dash for his shed but since he wasn't made for speed, he wasn't going very fast. Luckily, Henry ran past light engine which distracted the planes so he could get to his shed where he had been ever since. We soon continued on our way but it wouldn't be smooth sailing.

We pulled up to the entrance of the docks and slowly entered. But as soon as we did, hell unleashed. German engines came up from behind us once we had entered and were soon fighting us! Me being in Thomas' cab not at the controls could do nothing but just watch. Suddenly, Donald's group bashed the German engines behind them really hard, and they got bashed out of the way. They went to charge again, but the points changed and they got sent onto another section of track. The 3 engines charged backwards in reverse, but then there was trouble. Just as Duck crossed over the points, the German engines smashed into the truck between Duck and Edward! Edward and Donald got thrown off the track as Duck raced away. Henry suddenly came out of nowhere and sped past Thomas as he raced out of the docks taking Thomas by surprise!

Thomas wanted to leave but the others wanted to rescue Edward and Donald. Thomas was then pushed from behind by Gordon and James to keep going! Gordon then noticed a crane in a siding and he went to go grab it as quick as possible. Just then, there was more trouble. Some more German engines ran up from behind and pulled James away. Thomas then saw this as his chance to leave, and we took off out of the docks leaving everyone behind.

We soon arrived back at Wellsworth, and we were all silent. Thomas was now crying because of him leaving all his friends at basically deaths door. We looked in the yard and Duck wasn't there which made all of us feel even worse. I guess we're just alone again. I have no idea what we're going to do now, I really don't know.
