At the end of the last issue, a mysterious government worker was briefing another superhero on Zap. This led to the hero and his team going to Philadelphia. Zap meets this team, the Pentagon Of Peace, consisting of Mr Undying, Dr Stupendous, All-Rounder, Inferno-Woman, and Geschwind.
But... there's a new villain on the rise, called the Maniacal Magician.
Can Zap defeat him... while saving his new friend, Eileen Waters, in the process?
