Ah, there are my Dvergar... And a few other monsters I don't remember allowing to settle in that mountain. Interesting. It would appear they never submitted the proper zoning paperwork to create a new city either. I die for a few years and everyone forgets the rules! This "New Oult" will have to be destroyed upon my dark return. How troublesome...
