After seeing Yun leave, Tae quietly headed toward the office.

The moment Tae entered the building—

Everyone’s eyes immediately shifted toward him.

That was simply the kind of presence he carried.

Intimidating.

Handsome.

Majestic.

Those sharp green eyes.

Long brown hair tied loosely behind him.

His expensive black clothes.

Even the way he walked felt untouchable.

From head to toe—

Everything about Han Tae looked perfect.

Honestly—

If someone didn’t stare at him while he walked past…

“They probably don’t have eyes.”

Even though Tae visited the office often, people still couldn’t stop themselves from looking at him every single time.

Some employees lowered their heads nervously.

Others secretly watched him from the corners of their desks.

Tae casually moved through the hallway with one hand inside his pocket while the other pushed back his hair lazily.

His aura alone dominated the entire floor.

Without saying a word—

He stepped into his office.

Then calmly sat down in the large chair behind the desk.

Several important files were already waiting for him.

Tae clicked his tongue quietly before signing the documents one after another.

A few minutes later—

The office door opened.

Kim Joo quickly stepped inside.

“Boss.”

Tae didn’t even lift his head while signing another file.

“What?”

Kim Joo hesitated briefly before speaking carefully.

“Your father left for the shed.”

The pen in Tae’s hand instantly stopped moving.

“…Why?”

“We caught someone from Black Dog.”

Kim Joo swallowed nervously afterward.

“So Chairman went personally to handle it.”

The second Tae heard that—

He leaned back against the chair while rubbing his forehead frustratingly.

“Oh, what the fuck…”

“Why did he go personally?”

His expression immediately turned exhausted.

“If he goes there, everything always becomes messy.”

Afterward, Tae looked directly at Kim Joo.

“Why didn’t you tell me earlier?”

Kim Joo quickly defended himself.

“Boss, you suddenly rushed to college earlier.”

“I tried stopping you, but you said you’d return within one hour, so I thought—”

“Oh… shibal.”

Tae cursed quietly under his breath.

Now he already knew something insane was probably happening at the shed.

And honestly—

That thought alone gave him a headache.

Tae let out a heavy sigh before asking again,

“With whom did he go?”

Kim Joo answered immediately.

“Only the secretary went with him.”

Silence.

Then Tae slowly blinked once.

“…Only two people went?”

Kim Joo nodded carefully.

For a short moment—

Tae simply stared at the ceiling.

A second later—

He started clapping sarcastically.

“Wow.”

“Nice.”

“Very nice.”

His voice dripped with exhaustion.

Because he already knew—

Whenever his father and the secretary were alone together…

Nothing normal ever happened.

Far away from the office—

Inside an abandoned shed near the outskirts of the city—

A man sat tied tightly to a chair with thick ropes wrapped around his arms and chest.

His name was Baek Ji-Hoon.

The air inside the shed smelled damp and heavy.

A single light flickered above his head.

Soon—

The metal door slowly creaked open.

Chairman Han calmly walked inside alongside his secretary.

Their footsteps echoed quietly across the dark shed.

Baek Ji-Hoon lifted his head lazily afterward.

Surprisingly—

There wasn’t much fear on his face yet.

He still looked arrogant.

The Chairman glanced toward him briefly before casually asking the secretary,

“How did we catch him?”

The secretary answered immediately.

“He was selling white powder inside one of our clubs.”

The Chairman’s expression slowly shifted.

“…What?”

Then calmly—

“What powder?”

“We don’t know yet, sir.”

For a moment—

The Chairman stayed silent.

Soon after, he slowly approached Baek Ji-Hoon before crouching slightly in front of him.

His voice sounded calm.

Too calm.

“What’s the name of the powder?”

“Can you tell me?”

Baek Ji-Hoon immediately scoffed.

“Why should I tell you?”

“You’re not my boss.”

The Chairman stared at him silently for one second.

A faint smile appeared on his lips afterward.

“I’m asking nicely before I do something.”

“So you should answer me.”

But Baek Ji-Hoon laughed mockingly.

“No.”

“I won’t tell you.”

“I’m loyal to my boss.”

The shed fell silent briefly.

Then—

The Chairman suddenly burst out laughing.

“Hahah…”

He slowly turned toward the secretary afterward.

“Secretary.”

“What should we do?”

“He’s not telling us.”

The secretary answered casually,

“Let’s kill him, sir.”

Baek Ji-Hoon immediately laughed loudly after hearing that.

“Hah!”

“You can’t kill me.”

“If you do, my boss won’t let you people walk around freely afterward.”

Unexpectedly—

Both the Chairman and the secretary answered at the exact same time.

“We can take care of ourselves after killing you.”

Baek Ji-Hoon’s smile slowly faded afterward.

At the same time—

The Chairman looked toward the secretary excitedly.

“I think we’re both on the same page.”

The secretary shin nodded proudly.

“Yes, sir.”

Afterward, the Chairman slowly tilted his head while staring at Baek Ji-Hoon again.

“But killing him directly sounds boring.”

A dangerous smile slowly spread across his lips.

“Let’s play with him first.”

The secretary immediately smiled too.

“Good idea, sir.”

“I was thinking the same thing.”

“I think we’re really on the same page.”

Right after that—

Both of them casually high-fived each other.

The sound echoed loudly inside the shed.

At that exact moment—

Baek Ji-Hoon finally started panicking.

Sweat slowly rolled down his forehead.

“H-Hey…”

“What the fuck are you planning to do?”

He violently struggled against the ropes desperately.

“I swear to God I’ll kill you if you touch me!”

“Just fucking let me go!”

Neither of them listened.

The Chairman simply stood there quietly while thinking deeply.

A few seconds later—

His eyes brightened slightly.

“Secretary.”

“I got an idea.”

The secretary immediately looked interested.

“Yes sir?”

The Chairman smiled.

“Let’s torture him.”

The secretary instantly nodded excitedly.

“Yes sir.”

“Great idea.”

“I thought the same thing.”

Again—

“I think we’re both on the same page.”

Baek Ji-Hoon’s breathing immediately became uneven.

The Chairman casually looked toward the secretary afterward.

“Do you have a hammer?”

“Yes sir.”

“There’s one in the car.”

The instant Baek Ji-Hoon heard that—

His entire body started trembling violently.

“N-No…”

“What are you going to do with that?”

“Please spare me!”

“I’ll tell you everything!”

“Just untie me!”

Still—

The Chairman ignored every single word calmly.

Because honestly—

At that moment—

He simply wanted to do whatever he felt like doing.

A short while later—

The secretary returned holding a hammer.

The second Baek Ji-Hoon saw it—

His face completely turned pale.

“N-No…”

“Please…”

“I’ll fucking tell you everything!”

“So please leave me alone!”

But at that moment—

The Chairman’s eyes slowly became colder.

Cold enough to feel inhuman.

Almost like a killer.

Without hesitation—

He lifted the hammer.

Then—

SLAM.

The hammer crashed directly onto Baek Ji-Hoon’s foot thumb.

A horrifying scream instantly filled the entire shed.

“AAAAAAAHHHHH—!”

Baek Ji-Hoon cried loudly while shaking violently in the chair.

Tears mixed with sweat across his face immediately.

Yet the Chairman only stared at him emotionlessly.

Then coldly spoke,

“If you make more noise…”

“I’ll drain every drop of blood from your body.”

His voice sounded terrifyingly calm.

“I’ll make you die painfully.”

“So shut your fucking mouth.”

Baek Ji-Hoon immediately bit down hard against his lips while crying silently afterward.

The Chairman casually extended his hand.

“Secretary.”

“Get me scissors.”

The secretary handed them over immediately.

Then—

Without hesitation—

The Chairman grabbed Baek Ji-Hoon’s hand.

SNIP.

A horrifying scream almost escaped again.

Another finger dropped into a plastic bag beside the chair.

Blood slowly dripped onto the floor.

Baek Ji-Hoon’s entire body trembled violently from fear and pain.

Only then—

The Chairman calmly crouched in front of him again.

Now his voice sounded almost gentle.

“What’s the name of the white powder?”

Baek Ji-Hoon cried heavily while speaking shakily.

“I-It’s a drug…”

“Called Hibiscus…”

His breathing became uneven afterward.

“It drives people to have sex…”

“I don’t know much…”

“My boss just ordered me to sell it inside clubs…”

“So we did…”

Then quickly—

“I didn’t know the club belonged to you people…”

Silence.

For one brief moment—

The shed became completely quiet.

Then—

SLAM.

The hammer crashed directly into Baek Ji-Hoon’s head.

Blood splattered across the floor instantly.

His body twitched violently.

But the Chairman didn’t stop.

SLAM.

SLAM.

SLAM.

Again.

Again.

Again.

He continued smashing the hammer into Baek Ji-Hoon’s head until his body finally collapsed lifelessly onto the ground.

Even after he died—

The Chairman kept striking him.

Until his face became completely unrecognizable.

"Take care the body"

The secretary quietly nodded after hearing the Chairman’s orders.

“I’ll take care of the body, sir.”

Without another glance toward Baek Ji-Hoon’s lifeless corpse—

Chairman Han casually turned around and walked out of the shed.

Blood stains still covered parts of his white shirt.

But he didn’t bother changing clothes.

He simply wore his black coat over it to hide the blood before leaving.

A while later—

The Chairman arrived at the office building.

Employees immediately lowered their heads respectfully the moment they saw him entering.

But none of them noticed the blood hidden beneath the coat.

His expression remained perfectly calm.

As if nothing had happened earlier.

Soon—

He stopped in front of Tae’s office before opening the door without knocking.

Inside the room—

Tae sat behind the desk while Kim Joo stood nearby organizing files.

The moment the Chairman entered—

Kim Joo’s expression instantly stiffened.

Without wasting another second—

He quickly walked toward the windows and shut all the curtains tightly.

Then even locked the glass doors nearby carefully.

So nobody outside could see anything happening inside the office.

Heavy silence filled the room afterward.

The Chairman stood there casually.

Then suddenly—

A grin appeared on his face.

“Baby…”

His voice sounded unusually cheerful.

“I took care of everything.”

Then proudly—

“Do you wanna see?”

Tae didn’t respond immediately.

Instead—

He simply stared silently at his father.

Because honestly—

He could already smell the blood.

And somehow—

He already knew exactly what happened.

A few seconds later—

The Chairman slowly removed his coat.

The moment the black fabric slipped off his shoulders—

Kim Joo’s eyes widened slightly.

The white shirt underneath was completely stained with blood.

Dark red marks covered almost everything.

For a brief second—

Even the office felt colder.

Tae’s expression slowly hardened afterward.

“…Why did you kill him?”

His voice remained calm.

“There was no reason to kill him.”

The room instantly became silent again.

Then—

The Chairman’s expression slowly changed.

The playful smile disappeared completely.

And for the first time since entering the office—

His eyes became cold.

Cold enough to make the atmosphere tense instantly.

He quietly stared at Tae for a few seconds.

Then calmly spoke,

“Tae…”

A dangerous silence followed afterward.

Then quietly—

“I think you’re becoming soft.”
