MK and the Beasts eyes met for a brief moment before they clashed.
MK had learned their lesson, both of the creatures pincers were firmly kept away to prevent them from giving MK any new holes beyond what they already had.
The compressed earth ground was crumbling under both MK and the beast as they both pushed against each other, trying to overwhelm the other, with the earth itself unable to stand up to the force of either of them.
The ol' hamster in the wheel that MK had in their head instead of a brain started to run.
Maybe this was actually stupid to bring this thing up to the surface. There's a lot more space up here, so the creature would have more maneuverability up here than down there.
But no, locked in a cage match with no hope of support to ever come was a stupid place to be.
The creature tried to throw MK, but they just slid and adjusted their grip as the beast thrashed.
A quick glance around showed MK that they were in some military base, with a huge body of water off in the distance.
Good, maybe having a giant skull faced beetle show up in their yard will encourage them to HELP instead of just throwing a random person at the thing and calling it "job done"
Uh oh, the thing was starting to pull back, MK was only able to match it as long as they were both grounded, if big and ugly got MKs feet off the ground then it could start moving around with impunity.
As MK swapped from pushing to pulling the thought came that this was really just a delaying tactic until someone who actually knew what they were doing arrived.
Then, at the edge of MKs hearing, was the sound of a voice being pushed through a radio.
Earth is invaded by giant, nigh-invulnerable alien monsters.
To fight them, the government transfers a digitized human mind into the body of an Invader.
