"So, in the final exam, how did you use combination magic to it's fullest effect?", Marie asked

"Umm...I-"

"And how did you manage to control the fire magic inside those stones?"

"Ugh, It's-"

"And why didn't you use your spirit magic since the start of the match?"

[Seriously, my head is gonna burst...why are her questions so complicated] 

"I may be prying, but wouldn't it be more efficient to use your spirit magic from the start considering it strengthens your spells"

[You could really learn a lot from this human]

"Okay hold it", Luca said with a worrying expression on his face. 

"Yes?"

Luca sighed.

"Honestly, I am not a genius, I can't really explain how, but it's more like "instincts", you know?"

"Instincts?"

"I am so used to just mixing them, trying them, even some exploded on my face or even some blinded me to the point I can't see till the next morning, but it's just how I do it"

Silence then filled the library.

Luca said as for hours on end, they talked about spells and the combinations that could be made. 

Even when being knocked from the outside by the three distinct voices, no sound disturbed their moment as if time stood still for the duo who shared the same fascination.
