The sound of the rain filled the silence between them.

"Lucious...", She looked at him with concern.

She closed her eyes.

The rain got heavier.

"Lucious...why...why did you have to kill them, they did-"

He looked up at him.

"Did you...remember why we decided to make the guild?" Lucious asked. 

Barry looked down.

"To exterminate...humanity's enemy", Barry said. 

Lucious grip his weapon tighter.

He slugishly lifted it up.

He closed his eyes. 

The voice of the past resurfaced yet again.

"I trust you, Lucious" 

He opened his eyes. His cold staring gaze. 

"will be the one...to exterminate you" 

His blade cut down his last obstacle.

The blood, his blood, splattered to his unchanging face.

The rain got heavier and heavier, never letting any silence creep in. 

"Lucious..."

"...Okay", She said as she left.

He looked up at the sky. 

The water had covered his face, his expression.

"I...know you're there, demon", He said as he looked towards a shadowy figure.

"Aww, you ruin the fun of it", She said.

She approached him. 

"I have to say, they didn't hesitate to follow huh? HAHAHHAA! You humans are so-"

Magic circles appeared around her, blasting her. 

"Are you so insistent on me getting away? Guild leader?", She said as she appeared behind him.

He slashed her, but nothing connected.

"As much as that family was weak, their son was surely delicious", she said as licked her lip.

Lucious's eyes widened.

"W..hat?"

"Oh, what's that expression? I like it~"

He extended his hand and blasted an array of spells. 

She kept teleporting and teleporting. 

"That family never even thought I was the one who cursed their son. HAHAHHA"

[How..dare you] 

She then appeared again behind him. 

"C'mon, entertain me more...you wretched..."demon" ", she said flirtatiously. 

He gritted his teeth and retaliated, but she teleported away again. 

"That struck a nerve didn't it? Was killing those other humans ticked you off so badly?", She said slyly. 

She touched her lip. 

"Your mana look so scrumptious, Looking at it myself, just makes it want to eat you more-" 

Suddenly, her right arm was sliced off.

Her eyes widened. His mana was increasing.

He touched his chest, his body flickered every second.

"Wh..what?"

Another one of her limbs were sliced.

"Wha..what's going on?!", she said.

She looked at him. 

Her legs were shaking.

She took a step back. 

Suddenly, more magic circles appeared around her, creating a dome.

"Oh no, you don-"

She tried to teleport but her chest was stabbed by his blade.

Her body then felt a sharp pain.

"Wh...what? I can't-"

As a barrage of spells were being shot.

She screamed on top of her lungs as she was being burnt. 

[Barry]

The wind around them was raging.

[Timmy...Diana...] 

The spells were never ending.

[Sarah...] 

The rain was falling ever so fiercer. 

As the magic subsided, the demon was on the ground, barely alive.

"You...you are amazing", she said.

He approached her as she was slowly burning away.

"You...were the right...target", she smiled as she burnt away.

He took a breath.

His vision was blurred.

He couldn't even move after casting so many spells

He fell to the ground, looking at the griefing sky. 

Closing his eyes, the only words he could muster were,

"I...am sorry"
