Aww he leaned to Naruto! Is incredible how he can break the defenses of Sasuke, and make his mood go crazy. I think that Sasuke is surprised because he never met someone like Naruto, especially someone that is not afraid of him. I think that he is so used to generate fear in people, for the way he was raised, that he don't know how react when someone treat him like a regular person
On the other hand, Naruto seems in shock whenever Sasuke makes an aproximation. It comes to my mind that, apart of the fact that all this situation is very awkward, maybe Naruto feels himself out of his comfort zone because he is not used to this kind of to proximity. He never has a family to treat him lovingly, and I suspect that he has a very dificult life, without many opportunities of affection
Or maybe I'm just talking nonsenses hahaha. Anyway, I love everything on this page, especially Naruto in the first pane, he looks so handsome :D and ... actually I love all the comic!!
