All the while, Galen's hands never stopped swinging Black Fang, beheading every monster nearby.

Black Fang was the common grade sword he created using the Crafting Station, since Galen was too poor to create a soul weapon. 

{ A/N : I'll post the weapon's full details at the end of chapter. }

Galen didn't just kill the monsters randomly. He mainly targeted the ones going after other people, saving many lives in the process.

One of them was a teenage girl, wearing her school uniform. She came upto him and bowed saying 'Thank you mister! ', before running away to find a safe place.

Seeing her hurrying away, Galen felt like he was forgetting something really important.

That's when it hit him.

His teacher, Rhea Everlight. The one he vowed to make his woman in the future. He totally forgot about her in the chaos.

Even if he hadn't planned to make her his wife, she was the only one he still cared about in his life.

So the next moment, Graham started running towards his school utilizing every ounce of his power.

With his high agility of 5, others could only make out a faint blur as Galen kept speeding past them.

It took him almost 10 minutes to reach his destination. But when he finally got there, his heart nearly lurched into his throat.

Her form beaten and broken, and her once divine countenance now marred by cuts and bruises, Rhea was barely standing, surrounded by a monster horde.

A blood red portal (one of the dimensional gates) was standing some distance away, right in the middle of the school's playground. It's unsettling aura spreading fear into anyone who happened to gaze upon it.

As Galen was about to reach her, Rhea was suddenly sent flying by a lizard type monster, it's gleaming tail covered in hard scales, crashing into her back with a deadly impact.

"Rheaaaa....." 

With a loud shout, Galen pushed himself past his limits and finally caught her in mid-air, saving her from the gruesome fate of getting torn apart by the monsters.

Holding Rhea in a princess carry and taking care not to hurt her, Galen softly landed on the ground.

Looking at his otherworldly handsome face–mere inches away from hers, she was mesmerized for a second.

Then, raising her right hand that was still functioning, she lightly caressed his cheek with affection. 

In her delirious state because of the recent injury, a small mutter escaped her sweet lips.

"So handsome~~" 

Galen briefly raised an eyebrow at her unexpected actions...

After that, having lost all her energy, Rhea passed out.

Admiring her sleeping face for a bit, Galen gently laid her down on the ground.

Standing up, he came face to face with the furious monsters, growling at him with slight wariness.

*Grrrr....*

 

After all, he swooped in out of nowhere, before interrupting their awaited meal.

But beneath his calm exterior, Galen's own fury was boiling with intensity.

"You Fuckers dared to touch my woman...? I'll show you hell."

Drawing out his sword, Galen crouched down putting his left leg forward. Then taking a deep breath, he held the sword with both hands before muttering in a barely audible voice,

"Forgotten God's Battle Arts – First Form,"

"Blade Dance."

There was brief flash at the place where he had been standing, and Galen vanished from the monsters' eyes.

The next thing they knew, he was standing outside their encirclement, his sword still vibrating with a soft hum.

When the monsters tried to attack him, all of them collapsed under their own weight, their limbs disobeying them.

 *Grrr —errr?*

 *Rawww —arr?*

The monsters laid on ground tilting their heads left and right, with confused growls, 

At some point, without them realizing it, Galen had already cut apart all of their limbs. 

*Raaaaaaaawwrr------*

When the monsters finllay registered the pain, a collective howl of agony escaped from their throats, reverberating across the entire neighborhood.

{ A/N : After killing every monster he encountered on his way there, he had already reached level 10, the limit of his current rank before changing classes. 

With 2x stat gain, Galen's stats more than quadrupled from the initial 5, making him the strongest unranked individual in the entire universe. 

So these monsters couldn't even see how he moved, before his sword incapacitated them. 

And as Galen was at the limit of his current rank, if he had killed the monsters, their exp would have gone to waste. }

Sitting down beside her, he took her head into his lap. Analysing the extent of her injuries, Galen concluded that she needs immediate treatment or else she might not survive past and hour.

With a grim expression, he called out to the system.

"Hey Beth, how much does it cost to create a basic health potion?"

Since he hadn't completed any special quests, his SP still remained at zero.

"Beth... Is there any way for me to quickly earn that 10 SP?" 

[ Don't worry, master. Just give me a moment, I've got your back.~ ]

So after brief moment of hesitation, Galen gave a short peck to those juicy lips, before separating himself with slight reluctance.

"Now that we have the necessary system points, let's just create that health potion first. "

Within seconds, a green coloured potion materialised in his hands.

With a little bit of focus, a system window appeared in front of his eyes, explaining the potion's details.

Removing the cap, Galen slowly emptied the potion's contents inside Rhea's mouth.

After drinking it all, Rhea's wounds closed in the blink of an eye, her pale face recovering back to it's healthy complexion.

A few seconds later, Rhea finally opened her eyes.

Looking into those beautiful amethyst eyes, Galen greeted her with a relieved smile.
