genuine question: What are, in your experience, the symptoms of Asperger's Syndrome? I knew a girl from my church with it and she was, besides being quite quiet, like any other girl (maybe nerdy, but so am I) except when she didn't want to do something, despite being a teenager, she would throw tantrums. Is this due to her condistion? I'm curious as to how it affects people and what's going on in their minds
Life of an Aspie follows the everyday life of Susan Graham, a teenaged American girl with Asperger's Syndrome living in Japan with her grandmother who runs a boarding school.
Eager for a fresh start, she can't wait to start attending Fukuzawa High until she gets accidentally humiliated by a popular ladies man named Takeshi.
Vowing to swear off men during her high school years, Susan is determined to keep to this goal...so long as her asperger's lets her.
Recommended for readers Ages 16 and up due to strong language, suggestive themes, nudity, and violence.
