On the following weekend, they decided to go out, and the usual scenario unfolded, but this time Peony had the brilliant idea of just spamming Zirc’s house to wake him up by screaming from out of his door. Zirc lives alone because his parents were out on holiday; hence, the gang agreed and were even excited, especially Goose. He literally gave Peony the thumbs up and told her in a dramatic victim voice: “Oh, how many times I have been on the receiving end of his calls to go out. He only has me as a friend, and it is oh so difficult. Ah my friend, sweet sweet Peony may your voice echo into his eardrums and destroy them, may his ears be filled with blood as he gets ready, and most of all dear sweet Zirc, may you act as humiliating as possible so we may have a conversation topic”. Peony and Lyla laughed at Goose's dialog and Peony was pumped up, they arrived without warning, Peony jumped out of the car and took a deep breath… and screamed: “HEY ZIRC!! WAKE UP YOU SLEEPING COUCH POTATO WE GOTTA GO!!!!” Little did the girls know that Goose had called and woken him up, but he was still half asleep. Let's just say Goose’s request came true cause he turned on the speakers and could hear Peony shouting from both outside his house and from his phone. He woke up, opened the window with messy hair, saliva by the mouth, while holding a teddy bear. They all laughed at him for sleeping with a teddy bear and started calling him little Zircy. He invited them into his house while wearing pajamas, his pajamas also happened to have teddy bears on them, and the gang didn't miss that detail. They continued calling him little Zircy and called him cute. Goose and Peony even pinched his cheeks, going: “goochy goochy goo”. Zirc told them to wait and help themselves to any snacks they find. Goose, knowing where the good stuff was, started raiding the place and snacking on his favorite chocolates that he only eats at Zirc's house. The girls were scanning the house, and Peony was taking pictures of embarrassing child pictures that were hanging just to make memes later on. 

Zirc then came down and mentioned that he was going to need a bit more time, but Goose interrupted him by requesting to wait in his room, as he knows Zirc's room is always cold cause he is an introvert who seldom leaves the house and loves his room. He also mentions that detail aloud to the girls, which they completely understood, Lyla was more than happy to go cause she was still in search of details to confirm her fantasies. They went up to his room, and before they went in, Peony asked little Zircy in a cute and baby-like voice: “Will there be any mow beaws in you woom baby boy?” Zirc turned to face the ground and just admitted to it in a deflated and defeated tone. He was not kidding, but instead of teddy bears, he had posters of polar bears, grizzly bears, and even cute koala bears on his walls. Peony was stunned and asked genuinely if he liked bears. Zirc just nodded and pointed to his room and said: “Can't you tell Sherlock? And here I thought you were the brains of the group?” Goose was enjoying himself because he just jumped onto Zirc's gaming chair and began to play with his PC. Zirc sighed and told Goose not to play any games cause he had been on FIFA all night, so his PC might be overheated and needed rest. Goose ignored him and started watching YouTube. Lyla was on a different mission; she was coincidentally being a real Sherlock but a romance detective. She started looking through the bear posters and to look for any clues of a girl or girlfriend objects lying around. Zirc was fed up and went to get ready in the other room. Peony watched YouTube with Goose while Lyla was still investigating. You could already visualize the magnifying glass cause she was really focused.

Lyla found a clue, and she excitedly kept it in her bag. Moments later, Zirc came in and told them they were ready. He said he needed a final touch and sprayed on his cologne, but Goose pointed out that he never wears cologne, and Lyla noticed that the brand he was using was Peony’s favourite fragrance store. She rubbed her chin and smiled like she was watching a great movie, the pieces are coming together. *I don't know anything. If you guys are nervous, think about how I feel. I have zero XP in romance, so I'm in the dark right now*. They all left, but not before Goose took a handful of chocolates and stuffed his face. Zirc looked at him in disgust, but then remarked that it was impressive. Goose with a fully stuffed mouth, says: “ neawh rhechors” (new record), and Zirc again was impressed and just goes “NICE!” and high-fives him. 

They got into the car and started conversing about where they should go. Goose was listening while chewing his chocolate. Lyla wanted to go to the bookstore and get the new volume of the romcom series she loves. Peony agrees and tells Zirc, of course, it's two against one. Zirc argued that Goose hadn't voted, but when he tried to speak, he couldn't cause he still had chocolate in his mouth. Zirc couldn't argue cause Goose was of no help. Zirc called Goose useless and gave up. He then complied and said that he could use some new pens for his art set. Lyla excitedly shouted: “Then it's settled, my trusted chocolate-filled driver to the bookstore we go!!”. *My man had his priorities straight, chocolate always wins!! Love you, Goose, you are my avatar!!*
