The door opens with a soft clink and locks with the same sound. Judging by the silence in the house and the silent phone, she hasn’t woken up yet. Relieving but also worrying. She’s been out for what feels like an eternity but is probably just about -what is the time?
06.16.
So about, what, 10 hours? I don’t know but she has to wake up soon. I won’t take her to a hospital in case she doesn’t like it or has something against them. You never know with people so best to just let them be unless they don’t wake up like, two days later or something.
I put Yarn down and she walks around. I go to my room to check on Tida. The soft light of dawn shines over her and the room. She looks so peaceful and angelic, almost. Can people look like an angel and a demon at the same time? Cause if so, she’s the definition of the look.
Her dark tan skin, her black hair, the mole on her cheek under her right eye, everything about her is so beautiful. She really is a half angel-demon as a person. Her style is dark and delegate, her eyes the most beautiful shade of hazel I’ve ever seen, but her voice is like a mix of both worlds. Soft and sweet but also so passionate and carefree.
God, what is wrong with me?
You only met her a few days ago!
You barely know her… or, I messed that up. I learned a lot about her in the car ride to the café, her hobbies, a few childhood stories and our similarities.
Something is definitely up with my brain. It won’t stop thinking stuff like that, how devastatingly beautiful she is, how her voice sounds, her laugh.
I sigh.
I’m pretty gay aren’t I?
Nothing wrong with it, obviously. But, I never expected I’d like a girl like that.
Fuckk…
I’m hungry. I’ll go make some breakfast, I’ll make some extra for her in case she wakes up. I leave the room and enter the kitchen.
The sun is casting orange glows all over the kitchen floors and walls. This is kinda relaxing.
Do I have more eggs? I don’t remember if I have any more. Hmm.
I open the fridge and luckily there’s still a few eggs in the egg holder. Phew.
I start cooking the eggs on the pan. After I’ve cooked a few, I start on the toasts, flipping them to get the perfect crisp on both sides. I take some cinnamon sugar and put it on top of the toasts. I plate them and find some glasses and pour some milk for myself.
I should probably check on her again–
“Good morning..”
