So, tidbit of lore: Nobue is older than Hakkai by a day. Because her mother was close to Hakkai's predecessor, she was chosen to be Hakkai's right-hand woman. I have SO much lore that I think I'm gonna spin up a Patreon just to share it all. It's not necessary to enjoy Ascent from Calamity, but... listen. I have an Obsidian Vault that I spent at LEAST two months working in before I scripted the comic out. This bad boy has so much lore in it *Slaps webcomic*

Also Nobue is a, like, super lesbian so sorry, you can't ship her and Hakkai (I mean, you CAN if you want cuz they'd be the worlds most dangerous power couple but it won't be canon XD)
