If the position of the bench/saloon in panel 8 makes no sense it's because OER's version of Pelican Town looks slightly different from the game's (mostly in that some buildings/props have been rotated in different directions). There are a few of these random changes/additions in OER but most of them are just there to better complement Eko's story!
