The Jackal Gang…

The name 'Jackal' means a large canine predator (smaller than wolves) that eats the remains of their prey. The animal is from the Middle East and Western Asia, but the reason why the Gang calls themselves that is that the word 'Jackal' sounds the same as their leader's family name.

'Jaegal Jae' the Rebellious Jackal from the Jaegal Clan (called the 'Zhuge Clan' in China, yes, they're related to Zhuge/Jaegal Liang), part of the Blue Blood Clan Noble Families (Like the Fubuki Family). The reason for his defect is that his 'gang' once stirred chaos in the 'Realm of Murim', preventing him from entering the very realm and even entering the 'Envy Peaks' alongside those who joined him.

In retaliation, he moved his operation into the Gluttony Slums, becoming a known Mafia there as all western gangs began to fear his Martial Prowess, even worse, he learned something even darker than just dangerous Martial Arts. For this is the very reason he was named Jackal afterwards by the other Gangs and mafia in the Slums.
